Hatfield Indonesia celebrates 35th anniversary

Jul 04, 2025

PT Hatfield Indonesia held a special event in Jakarta to bring together clients, colleagues, partners, and distinguished guests to celebrate the company’s 35 years of providing high quality environmental services to clients across many sectors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Guests enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere for networking and connecting, with a series of inspiring speeches from Jim Webb, President Director of Hatfield Indonesia, Bambang Tri Sasongko Adi, Vice-President of Hatfield Indonesia, and Martin Davies, Hatfield’s President visiting from Canada, and from our distinguished guests, Jess Dutton, Ambassador of Canada to Indonesia and Timor Leste, and Greg Elms of the Indonesia Canada Chamber of Commerce.

A highlight of the evening was the traditional cutting of the tumpeng, a ceremonial Indonesian rice dish symbolizing gratitude and prosperity. The celebration concluded with dinner, a lucky draw, and heartfelt closing remarks.

As Hatfield Indonesia celebrates this milestone, we reflect proudly on our journey from our founding in Bogor, West Java, in 1990 to becoming a trusted leader in environmental and social consulting in sectors such as mining, forestry, renewable and conventional energy, infrastructure, marine ecology and fisheries, geomatics, and development assistance. Our growth into a multi-disciplinary consultant with over 50 staff has been driven by a commitment to quality, collaboration, and integrity, delivering solutions that make a lasting impact to Indonesia’s sustainable development.
