Hatfield selected as one of BC’s Top Employers for 2024

Feb 13, 2024

Hatfield is thrilled and proud to have been selected as one of BC’s Top Employers for 2024, for the third time!

Celebrating its 19th year, this award recognizes organizations that lead in their industries offering exceptional workplaces for their employees by always looking forward, and ensuring their company stays flexible, adaptable, and focused on constant improvement. The award focuses on three key pillars: creating new ways of working, anticipating employees’ needs, and focusing on future skill development.

We are honoured to have received this respected award along with several other great BC companies. Hatfield strives for excellence in employee retention and satisfaction – something we have taken very seriously throughout our 50-year history as a company. A focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion for our employees is paramount to our practice, and something we are proud to have ingrained deep in our culture. It is our employees, both past and present, that make Hatfield the company it is today – and are the reason we have been selected as one of BC’s Top Employers. We are especially pleased with this prestigious accolade this year as it coincides with our Hatfield 50th anniversary celebrations!

The BC Top Employers award uses an extensive selection process with key criteria including workplace, work atmosphere, health benefits, employee communication, performance management, training and development, vacation and time-off, employee communications, performance management, training and development, and community involvement.
