Hatfield selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers 2022

Hatfield is honoured to have been selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers (SME) for 2022. Alongside an impressive group of Canadian companies, we are thrilled to have received this award which recognizes small and medium enterprises that offer the country’s best workplaces that incorporate progressive human resources policies and innovations to care for employees and the communities in which they operate.

Canada’s Top SME Award relies on an extensive selection process that includes a comprehensive review of the physical workplace, work atmosphere, training and development, vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, community involvement, and health, financial and family benefits. The SME category includes private-sector, commercial organizations with under 500 employees.

Our selection as one of Canada’s Top SME 2022, as well as our recent selection as one of BC’s Top Employers 2022, wouldn’t have been possible without the outstanding group of people that make up Hatfield. We would like to thank our remarkable staff who show up every day with a passion for environmental consulting, and who undoubtedly allowed us the opportunity to be named as one of the nation’s top small and medium employers.
