Hatfield selected as one of BC’s Top Employers for 2022

Hatfield is thrilled to have been selected as one of BC’s Top Employers for 2022. We are honoured to have received this respected award along with a number of other great BC companies, an award that recognizes organizations that lead the province in creating exceptional places to work, that attract and retain talented employees through innovative programs, and that lead by example with their best practices, forward-thinking, and progressive corporate initiatives.

The BC Top Employers award uses an extensive selection process with key criteria including physical workplace, work atmosphere, health benefits, employee communication, performance management, training and development, vacation and time-off, and community involvement. In addition to this, other factors played an important role in the selection process including our adaptation to COVID-19, our workplace wellness initiatives, our health and safety program, and all of the other enjoyable parts of working for Hatfield!

This award would not have been possible without the amazing group of people who work at Hatfield. We want to thank our incredible staff who demonstrate leadership, teamwork, passion for the work they do, and whose dedication and determination has made Hatfield the place it is today, one of BC’s top employers.
