Lindsay has had a varied career managing the finance and IT functions for companies in several countries, as well as consulting in these areas. His career has included diversions into outdoor leadership training and education management.

Lindsay initially joined Hatfield in 2011 to assess Hatfield’s management systems and recommend improvements. He was then appointed as Hatfield’s Chief Financial Officer, with additional responsibility for IT systems. Aside from the day-to-day responsibilities, and during a period of significant growth for Hatfield, Lindsay has supported the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans, overseen numerous enhancements to financial and IT management systems, developed risk management strategies and helped improve coordination between the different business units of Hatfield. His current role as Senior Corporate Advisor allows Lindsay to continue to contribute broadly to the company in financial analysis and reporting and IT and management systems.

Lindsay is an avid cyclist and swimmer, which maintains fitness for annual cycling tours. He is a board member and active supporter of various education and cycling-related organizations.
