Adeline also manages operational efficiencies and synergies across corporate activities. She brings a forward-thinking approach with a focus on fostering a safe, collaborative, and respectful culture and working environment for Hatfield’s employees and clients. Additionally, Adeline provides leadership for day-to-day business activities and operations, ensuring that the key functional activities are aligned with Hatfield’s overall mission, values, and objectives. Adeline became a Senior Partner at Hatfield in 2014.

In her leisure time, Adeline enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with friends. She loves taking road trips and skiing to take her mind off work. Adeline is also an active financial literacy volunteer.
