CSR & Volunteerism

At Hatfield, we encourage you to get involved in your local community and volunteer for causes that are close to your heart. To support this, we provide two fully paid volunteer days (16 hours) per year for which staff receive full pay.

To encourage our employees to participate in this program, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee organizes group volunteering, such as the Great Shoreline Clean Up. Our CSR Committee also hosts an annual “Helping Hands” competition where staff can volunteer in groups at initiatives throughout the local community.
