Our Legacy
It is with great pride that Hatfield celebrates 50 years of serving our clients and our community this year. Founded in 1974 by Chris Hatfield, Hatfield was built from a passion for biology, science, and the environment. Our Clients
Within Canada, Hatfield provides environmental and social services for private sector clients in the pulp and paper, mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, transportation and municipal infrastructure, forestry, agriculture, and fisheries and aquaculture sectors, as well as for public sector, non-governmental organizations, and Indigenous communities. Internationally, Hatfield works closely with international development agencies, multilateral funding agencies, non-government organizations (NGOs), and industrial partners. We specialize in undertaking complex, multi-disciplinary projects, often in collaboration with networks of local experts and specialists in particular fields.
