Our Culture
We are a team of good-natured, straight-forward professionals that are friendly, unpretentious, and honest. We partner together to create a positive impact for our clients, communities, and colleagues.
Our client focus embodies everything we do, and a spirit of positive collaboration can be seen throughout the organization. Our founder, Chris Hatfield, invented the endearing term “Goob” to describe who we are: caring with a good sense of humour. We are immensely proud of our Goob culture!
Our Community
Hatfield is committed to make a difference in the communities we live and work. We volunteer our time and resources in meaningful ways, whether it is picking invasive weeds in natural parks, supporting local foodbanks, cleaning up litter by ocean shorelines, or donating to other worthwhile local causes. We are dedicated to making the world a better place for all. Learn more about our Corporate Social Responsibility.
